These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Xormin app, xormin.com, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by Xormin Technologies Inc. ("Xormin", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Xormin provides tools that help you view, organize, and understand information from compatible devices and services. Features may vary by device, platform, region, software version, and availability. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, or comply with legal requirements for the Services.
3. Not medical advice
Xormin is designed for general wellness and everyday health awareness. It is not a medical device unless specifically stated otherwise, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Do not rely on Xormin as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about a medical condition or before making health decisions.
4. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for activities carried out through your account. Tell us promptly through Support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must use the Services lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, connected services, or our systems.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with their operation; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; use the Services to violate another person's rights; reverse engineer or decompile the app except where applicable law permits; or use the Services for a purpose that is fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful.
6. Compatible devices and third-party services
Some features may allow you to connect third-party devices, operating systems, or health-data platforms. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, their availability, or the accuracy of information they provide. You choose whether to connect them and which data to share.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Xormin Technologies Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the Services available and useful, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate operation. Network conditions, device compatibility, software updates, and third-party services can affect performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xormin Technologies Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the Services unlawfully. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
